This is a resource for Scottish Local Government and it's partner organisations throughout the UK. The idea behind Knowledgebank is that one of the best ways for councils to improve is by helping each other and sharing good practice. That being the case COSLA and SPDS have developed this web site to allow councils to:

Upload organisational development related documents that they feel other councils would be interested in.

Access other councils documents that may be of interest.

To be kept up-to-date with developments in OD both through the web site and via a weekly newsletter.

To provide a way of contacting people who may be able to assist or work with you on specific projects.

Will identify gaps in council provision which COSLA and the new Improvement service can help to fill: it will have a mapping function.
