• Question:  Why should I put my documents on this site?
• Answer:  Its a good resource sharing tool for all Scottish Local Authorities

• Question:  Who will be able to view my documents?
• Answer:  All registered members of KnowledgeBankScotland

• Question:  Will I get credit for my documents?
• Answer:  Yes, your name and organisation details will be on the page where the document resides

• Question:  Who do I contact if I need to discuss any of the above further or need information on anything else relevant to the site or the information contained on it?
• Answer:  One contact would be Richard Wheater from CoSLA - richard@cosla.gov.uk   for information on content

• Question:  What should I do if I am experiencing problems of a technical nature?
• Answer:  Contact Yvonne Dickson at Stirling Council   -  dicksony@stirling.gov.uk  

• Question:  How often will the site be updated?
• Answer:  The site will be updated by the user of all the Scottish Councils, so the more information they put on the regularly this will be updated

• Question:  Who can use the forum and what information can we put on it?
• Answer:  The forum can be used by anyone if they go to the front of the website and register they will be sent a weekly newsletter allowing them to view or take part in the forum

• Question:  Can I add images to the site?
• Answer:  The answer to this has to be no, the site was designed for ease of use and images would slow down the download time. The main purpose of this site its for document sharing so we would prefer to keep it image free.

• Question:  Who owns KnowledgeBankScotland site?
• Answer:  The site was built and developed by Stirling Council but was commisioned by CoSLA, but the owners are in reality the users of the site
